In Novito, human resources sector is based on the principle of economically and socially motivated employees. We understand that people, as social beings, need to belong to a specific group or organization.

We see human resources as the main strategic category based on:

  2. Encouragement to work
  3. Loyalty to the company
  4. Productivity.

Novito is one of the most popular employers, currently employing about 500 people. This number varies according to actual demand.

Admission of new candidates is organized through standard recruitment and selection. Standard recruitment implies that we usually collect new candidates through newspaper advertising. Another popular method is recruitment of suitable candidates from the Employment Service, since we have a good and continuous cooperation with the Bureaus of Labour in several Montenegrin municipalities.

Our human resources consist of experienced and highly motivated individuals committed to mastering new skills and improving quality and range of our services. In that sense, our employees are our most valuable asset. Many activities of our HR sector are directed at discovering and encouraging their potential.

One of the main tasks of Novito HR sector is adequate determination of internal communications and hierarchy regarding the flow of information, with encouragement of one-on-one communication in order to obtain exact information directly from the employee. Our main goal is therefore to get feedback at the right time and place, so we can successfully resolve the situations involving our employees. In order to fulfill said tasks and goals, we perform a wide range of different activities directed at achieving given objectives with as much innovation as possible during the implementation of internal projects.

Our employees have learned to appreciate the fact that we are always open to all their suggestions and criticisms. They know they can be open with their doubts, dilemmas, suggestions, and questions related to their work motivation, rights, and obligations in Novito.

Main task of the HR sector is continuous monitoring of performance and behavior of our employees.
