Terms of use of Novito website and web shop

All contents of this website (www.novito.co.me) are the property of Novito Ltd. This website, expressed in a given form, should only be used for overview purposes and obtaining information about Company's business, in accordance with stated copyright notice and intellectual property warning. The contents and creative solutions on this website may not be copied, transferred, distributed, or otherwise reproduced.

In order to use the Services of Novito web shop, User agrees to be bound by the following terms of use.

1. Terms and conditions of access to Novito web shop

Registration is open to legal entities and individuals. To register you must complete the form on Registration page. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Legal entities are required to sign a Cooperation Agreement with Novito before they can register. The User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of registration data. In the event of changes to user information, User is bound to make necessary corrections in order to keep us informed about any changes.

2. Creation of password during first-time registration

During your first registration to Novito website, you will be asked to fill in the registration form and also to create a password, which you will retype in the next input field. Don't give your username and password out to untrusted third-parties. The next time you login, simply enter your username (e-mail address) and password. You are responsible for all actions and orders placed under your username and password. If you've forgotten your password or suspect someone knows your password, you are required to inform us via e-mail at dostava@novito.co.me. Novito Ltd. has the right to prompt the User to change password in case of suspected failure in data security.

3. Terms and conditions of online shopping

The rules and procedures of online shopping via Novito web shop follow several clearly defined steps. The procedures are as follows: selection of products and creation of Purchase Order (PO); confirmation of Purchase Order and selection of payment method; delivery of products; resolving complaints and money returns; and payment execution. When you create and confirm a Purchase Order, delivery of products will be made in accordance with the terms of delivery. Novito web shop includes over 3,000 specially selected items from Novito assortment. If you would like us to include additional items in our web shop, please leave your suggestions in the 'Comment' field.

All prices are in Euros, including VAT. Novito Ltd. reserves the right to change prices for products at any time without prior notice. The price list also includes products with modified/reduced prices, i.e. products available at promotional prices that are in stock at Novito web shop. Discounts may be granted on certain monthly purchases according to predefined rebate list.

Online shopping via Novito web shop is only available in the following districts in Podgorica Municipality: Tološi, Gornja Gorica, Donja Gorica, Zabjelo, Pobrežje, Kruševac, Novo Naselje Kruševac, Vranići, Blok V, Blok VI, Momišići, Malo Brdo, Centar, Stara Varoš, Stari Aerodrom, Konik, Drač, Nova Varoš, Ibričevina, Zagorič, Zlatica, Masline, and Golubovci.

4. Ordering the goods

Registration enables you to select and purchase items online by placing an order through our web shop. Select items from our website to create a Purchase Order. Click the 'Add' button to add item to shopping cart. Confirm selected items to confirm your Purchase Order. You may not replace and/or delete items from the cart after you confirm your Purchase Order. Click the 'View Cart' icon to check selected items. Click the 'Favorites' icon to create a list of your preferred items, i.e. products that you usually buy. Click the 'History' icon to view history of purchased products. You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you specified upon processing your Purchase Order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, check to make sure you've placed your order correctly. If that is the case, please contact us via e-mail at dostava@novito.co.me.

5. Payment of products

By confirming the order, you agree to pay for items in your shopping cart. Terms of payment for legal entities and individuals vary according to the type of payment. In case of legal persons, these terms are defined in the Cooperation Agreement.

6. Time of delivery

Ordered products are delivered free of charge to the address specified by the customer during ordering or registration. Terms of delivery are available on web page 'Terms of delivery'.

7. Complaints and money returns

In case of irregularities in the delivery, you are required to make a formal complaint via e-mail at dostava@novito.co.me. Once your complaint is received, you will be notified about claims procedure.

Claims can be made in the following cases: ordered product was replaced with another item during shipping, i.e. customer was delivered a product they haven't ordered; customer was delivered a damaged or product with an error; customer was delivered an expired product.

When goods are delivered, you will be required to inspect the goods and check the receipt. Make sure the goods are in good condition and not damaged. Novito Ltd. will not be held responsible for inadequate product quality. In case of any shortfall with the product after delivery (see upper paragraph), you are advised to make claim immediately and also to forward your request via e-mail. Claims are not approved unless stated irregularities are confirmed in the moment of delivery or within 4 hours after shipping.

8. Changes of data

Novito Ltd. reserves the right to change/modify data and other information in this document related to terms and conditions of use of Novito website and web shop. Novito Ltd. shall inform all registered Users of any changes to said information via e-mail.

9. Data privacy

Novito Ltd. shall not disclose, misuse, sell, or allow unauthorized access to personal user information or other data that may have been collected about Users to third parties. Your submitted data will be used only for proper purposes by authorized employees of the Company.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Novito website and web shop are under copyright. Any unauthorized use by third parties of copyrights and other intellectual property rights is a criminal offense. Unauthorized use of copyright materials and/or intellectual property of the Company without prior written permission of the copyright holder is strictly prohibited.

11. Availability of Novito web shop

Novito Ltd. will attempt to provide constant access to Novito web shop and will not be held responsible for possible slowdowns in the Internet connection.

12. Other notices

Novito Ltd. will not bear the costs of ordering, including use of computer equipment and user's telephone costs when communicating with web shop operators. If you notice any errors while ordering, please notify us immediately by e-mail at dostava@novito.co.me so we can correct it as soon as possible.
