Data privacy

Based on positive regulations and the Regulation of Trade Secrets of the Company no. 06-1536 (April 23, 2010), under the authorization from Article 13 of the Statute of Novito Podgorica Ltd., we hereby declare the following:

DECISION

I/ All information belonging to legal entities and individuals submitted to Novito Podgorica Ltd. for the purpose of online shopping shall be treated as fully confidential and considered a trade secret.

II/ All employees of Novito Podgorica Ltd. with access to and/or handling personal information from Paragraph I of this Decision are under obligation to maintain secrecy of the data according to the Regulation of Trade Secrets of the Company.

III/ Actions will be taken against all employees that, in any way, whether willfully or by negligence, violate data privacy and therefore cause damage to the client(s) and/or harm the reputation of Novito Podgorica Ltd. by misusing the information from Paragraph I of this Decision. Said employees shall be held liable for violation of data privacy and face disciplinary sanctions and financial punishment.

IV/ This Decision shall come into force on the day on which it is adopted and shall remain in full force and effect while the web shop is in use.
